MISSION: Support the E-commerce platforms of Cordialsa USA in everything related to inventory, enlistment and packaging.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Reception of materials arriving at the warehouse.

-Shipping and receiving of the products managed in the warehouse.

-Enter the products to the warehouse and carry out the respective accommodation according to the space and weight restrictions of each product.

-Review of the list of products sent by the Trade Marketing team.

-Management of the Amazon system to create the labels that will identify the units or boxes for distribution.

-Adequate control and packaging of products that are going to be collected by the logistics support service for later deposit in the Amazon distribution centers.

-Use and preservation of the existing tools and equipment in the warehouse.

-Adequate product rotation control and support.

-Maintain the warehouse organized and keep a proper storage of products.

-Shipment preparation and coordination in a timely manner based on requests.

-Keeping the manager informed regarding the low availability of supplies or any news related to the inventory and warehouse in general.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum 1 year of experience in similar charges (desirable)

-Capacity to lift heavy boxes

-Capacity to stand up for prolonged periods

MISSION: The Sales Representative‘s primary function is to maximize sales of Cordialsa USA products at various customer sites and provide excellent customer service through safe and effective planning, selling, ordering, and in store servicing. The SR identifies and acts on selling opportunities, makes secondary placements, gains extra displays, uses Point of Sale (POS), and makes effective sales presentations through use of sales data. SR is the primary contact at a store and is responsible for all accounts assigned within a designated territory.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service in all assigned accounts

Follow the following guidelines:

  1. Taking pictures of displays and shelfs. 
  2. Accurately record assigned and completed activities within each store call
  3. Status of the Point of Sales 
  4. Review and publish Store Fliers and Magazines when needed
  5. Report out of stocks to Team Leader / Territory Manager / Key Account or Broker.
  6. Report back of stock quantities
  7. Develop and execute strategies to accomplish key company goals for each route (sales performance by brand, distribution coverage, route schedules accomplishment, etc.)
-Ensure distribution and availability of products to the assigned customers
 
-Ensure the effective implementation of all Marketing Programs (ie: Promotions, Plano-grams, and Pricing)
 
-Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales
 
-Make negotiations with clients

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

– Must have car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift

– Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

– Minimum of 2 years of sales & customer management; experience with a consumer packaged goods organization preferred

– Must live within 50 miles or 60 minutes of primary work location

The Sales Representative will have routed stores with an assigned stores (WALMART) call schedule that will vary based upon Customer selling influence, as well as selling and merchandising responsibilities at their routed stores.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service in all assigned accounts. (WALMART)

-Ensure distribution and availability of products to the assigned customers

-Ensure the effective implementation of all Marketing Programs (ie: Promotions, Plano-grams, and Pricing)

-Generate selling opportunities by maintaining and increasing shelf facings / schematics and proper merchandising

-Develop and execute strategies to accomplish key company goals for each route:

*Sales performance by brand

*Distribution coverage en effectiveness

*Route schedules accomplishment

*In Store Active SKUS goals

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum of 2 years of sales & customer management experience 

-Valid driver’s license

-Availability to start the route at 4:00 a.m

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Ensure that all shipping deadlines are met and orders are delivered to customers in a timely fashion

-Process customer shipments as per the Incoterms established

-Coordinate routing of domestic sales orders as well as the delivery schedules, and prepare accurate shipping documents to the assigned warehouse

-Coordinate international shipments schedule in collaboration with the logistics team and warehouse, to ensure proper documents are processed and applied to each order prior to shipping export documents (7512 bond release, PARS)

-Close out shipments in SAP and ensure the warehouse management system is reflective of this information

-Updating shipments as required on customer dashboard as well as organization’s tracking system

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

-SAP knowledge and understanding of functionally

-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel

-Knowledge of Incoterms preferred

-Understanding of Import/Export compliance a plus

-2+ years’ experience in customer service or logistics industry 

-Excellent communication and problem solving skills

MISSION: The Key Account Manager has to develop each of the company’s brands with key accounts, adjusting to an investment and sales budget. You must plan the development of the brands, achieving sales objectives with an assigned budget. Additionally, you will have to review and propose the pricing strategies to be aligned to the market, the competition and the investment allocated in each of the brands.
