MISSION: Custody, control and actively participate in the distribution of supplies and inventory management in the warehouse.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Reception of the materials transferred in containers, revision of the security seal in containers and internal and external conditions of the truck/container to receive.

-Enter the products to the warehouse and carry out the respective accommodation according to the space and weight restrictions of each beam.

-Appropriate marking of each of the pallets specifying description of the item, quantity, expiration date, net weight and container in which it arrived.

-Use and maintenance in good condition of the existing machinery and equipment in the warehouse (electric forklift, swing reach forklift, manual forklift, among others)

-Adequate product rotation control.

-Maintain the order of the warehouse and storage of the products in a way that safeguards their integrity as well as the integrity of the other collaborators.

-Prepare and coordinate timely dispatches to different clients.

-Control stocks through selective and programmed inventories, reporting their management directly to their direct superior.

-Sort and maintain the products in storage according to the conditions of each of them.

-Control and repackaging of product in case of damaged boxes or boxes in poor condition.

-Keep the manager informed regarding the low availability of supplies or any news regarding the inventory and the warehouse in general.

-Participation and exposure in meetings where requested.

-Ensure all items being delivered remain intact during transport and delivery

MISSION: Custody, control and actively participate in the distribution of supplies

and inventory management in the warehouse.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


-Reception of the materials transferred in containers, revision of the security seal in

containers and internal and external conditions of the truck/container to receive.

-Enter the products to the warehouse and carry out the respective accommodation

according to the space and weight restrictions of each beam.

-Appropriate marking of each of the pallets specifying description of the item, quantity,

expiration date, net weight and container in which it arrived.

-Use and maintenance in good condition of the existing machinery and equipment in the

warehouse (electric forklift, swing reach forklift, manual forklift, among others)

-Adequate product rotation control.

-Maintain the order of the warehouse and storage of the products in a way that

safeguards their integrity as well as the integrity of the other collaborators.

-Prepare and coordinate timely dispatches to different clients.

-Control stocks through selective and programmed inventories, reporting their

management directly to their direct superior.

-Sort and maintain the products in storage according to the conditions of each of them.

-Control and repackaging of product in case of damaged boxes or boxes in poor

condition.

-Keep the manager informed regarding the low availability of supplies or any news

regarding the inventory and the warehouse in general.

-Participation and exposure in meetings where requested.

MISSION: Support the administrative department in efforts aimed at keeping the portfolio out of risk and within the indicators defined by the company, such as turnover (days of portfolio), % of overdue portfolio, discrepancy balances and others.

MISSION: The Driver/Warehouse Operator will be responsible for, but not limited to, provide assistance in the distribution of orders to each of the clients, through the correct and timely provision of the transportation service within and outside the state. Additionally, he/she is the person in charge of guarding, controlling, and actively participating in the distribution of supplies and inventory management at the warehouse.

The employee must be able to drive both local (DMV area) and long distance (Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia Beach, Richmond), and to deliver customer merchandise safely to the stores.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Loading and unloading trucks

-Deliver items by the required delivery date and time

-Ensure all items being delivered remain intact during transport and delivery

-Collect payment or get signatures for proof of delivery

-Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly, and report any problems

-Add fuel and maintain detailed records of fuel costs and mileage

-Completing a daily truck log and submitting mileage reports

-Complying with company and government regulations and rules

-Performing emergency repairs like patching tires when needed

The Sales Representative will have routed stores with an assigned stores (WALMART) call schedule that will vary based upon Customer selling influence, as well as selling and merchandising responsibilities at their routed stores.
