The Team leader is responsible for supporting the Territory Manager in the planning, directing, and coordinating of all route service activities of the territory and its employees to achieve the sales, service, accounts receivables and profit goals of the territory. Supervise, train and assist Sales Representatives, DPV’s and/or SRM to maximize their performance in the area of customer service, companion product sales, promotion execution, safety and customer personnel training in conjunction with company standards and territory goals. The Team Leader will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact.
The person to fill this position must be a professional in Business, Marketing or related fields. He/she must also have minimum 5 years of experience in sales and customer management, preferably in the consumer packaged goods organizations.
